Cliff would not deal with Probe as long as the property was tied to Noront (the bad guys in their books). Noront relinquished their hold on the JV property with Probe so it's safe to assume that Cliff made or is negotiating a deal with Probe. The deal will be announced and the stock price will immediately move to a a value that represent the offer from Cliff.

This will happen with no warning! I doubt anything will be announced before the end of the year. Its difficult to negotiate when everyone is making plans for the holidays. I believe we will see an offer in January/2011. In the meantime we will continue to work on our gold projects.
