I think any amalgamation of chromite assets would diminish the value of PRB;s assets.... a great deal for KWG and a sellout with limited upside potential to PRB shareholders.

At this time KWG is forced to comply and fund their portion of development of the deposit .... PRB needs no body.... Prb needs a value driver to increase their share price to provide cash through development.

I see KWG consolidation of at least 10 for 1 or even 30 to 1 to move forward.... PRB does not need to jump into bed with them.

No deal ..... is better than a bad deal!

A deal with KWG is not an option and I know Iwentish would,nt be holding his shares for that kind of end game.... and I`m pretty sure he knows what is going on.... they didn,t stop selling shares for that kind of end game....JMHO
