In the past few days Bob Chapman from the International Forecaster has stated that a major lawsuit is in the makes concerning illegal naked short selling naming the major brokerage firms as defendants. In addition, the SEC is being sued for condoning this fraud.

Now if we can find an honest judge, that will be the trick. Can you imagine what type of class action suit would follow if the unnamed accuser prevails?
