I heard that Cliffs just couldn't deal with the NOT managment, so maybe that was the driving force behind PRB geting the Chromite property back.... Maybe Cliffs approached PRB to make that deal on the premis that they would make a friendly deal for the resource under PRB's terms.... IE breaking out a new-co with the remaining projects.

This just makes sence to me..... pretty large leap of faith for Dave P to prove up the chromite resource if he didn't already have a potential deal in the works don't you think.

The more I think about it the less risk I see moving forward... sometimes you just have to trust that managment is working in our best intrest.
