There is no way Cliffs can efficently mine the chromite without Probes property.... Probe has a central block and the high ground... Thus Cliffs will have to a pay a premium of the others price/tone to consolidate this project.

LSG is playing game with PRB... dave needs to tell them he is going to drill a few holes this fall.... That will force the issue..... LSG will have to cooperate as they do not have appeared to have filled their commitment.... Looks like the SKP/SGR verses WEL situation where the big players strangle the little guys till they turn blue.

Whats PRB worth.. $3.00- 5.00 for the Chromite, $2.00 for the royalty plus another $2 to 5 bucks for the gold plays... Prb should be in the $2.00 range right now JMHO
