Bring the price down and get shares from the nervous nellies just before the halt appears.

My even bigger concern is the procedure of "handing over the chromite".

It will be interesting to see, if Probe can manage to NOT get taken over completely but to just SELL the Chromite claims and keep the other assets.

That´s what I didn´t understand with the FWR and SPQ takeovers; why did they not just sell their Chromite claims instead of handing over the whole company?

At least the left-overs would have given the disappointed shareholders some extra benefit.

So, if Dave can manage to get - let´s say $ 50M - for Black Creek and keep the company, he could then pay every shareholder $ 0.50 per share as a dividend and keep $ 25M for exploration of our other RoF claims and the two gold properties, which should be sufficient for the next 5 years at least without further dilution.

And the Goldex Royalty and the West Timmins JV claims would be the topping.
