Don't everyone get the jitters. We saw this with FWR and SPQ both prior to offers from Cliff's. And IMHO we will see the same group offering for PRB. A run up, slight draw back then the fun starts. Houses that have alliances will try to pull back the SP, but it is transient.

Initial offer, second and then final offer. Maybe even an extra step!! There is more at stake than just Chrome as PRB has other camps. It will be interesting to see how the gold camps fit into any offer.
