I agree paliman - no need to release a premature 43-101. If we are continuing to drill as infill, delaying the 43-101 would actually be a nice way to kick the buy out up to a much higher level.
With FWR, there was a back and forth with Noront and Cliffs. Spider was between KWG and Cliffs. Probe, so far, does not have a white knight backing, so keeping the 43-101 card in our hand will be our best friend.
This could mean that the SP will settle down a bit, without the news release. However, such a settling of the SP is what Cliff is looking for, before coming in to 'rescue the shareholders from losing market value'. How nice of them. They will base their buy out price on a premium over the last 10 trading day average, a number that they will continue to spout regardless of the 43-101. They will say that they have enough chromite already, but are buying Black Creek for the strategic value.
However, if our BOD words their NR properly, they can spin it so that Cliff will be revealed as the underhanded bidder that they are. All be BOD needs to do is spring the 43-101 and a valuation report which demonstrates fair value, and we could be the first company to get some semblence of a fair deal.
