IMO,the timing here is key and Wes would not likely do this if it weakens his hand. However, this action will allow Cliff to bridge the land holdings and as such maybe give Wes more time to enhance value for us shareholders and look at a major(s) that may want the nickle only. Kind of "gets Cliff off his back for the moment. JMHO.
