I just use Credential Direct as a broker. It is a no fees lvl 2, but it is limited to 5 levels on the bid/ask (market by price) and 10 for the market by order. TA, reports etc, are all complementary.

Open an account, deposit $10 and away you go (no monthly upkeep fees or other BS).

They have also saved me a fair bit on the fees, with a max of $250 per trade.
