President's Message

July 2, 2010

Dear Shareholders,

Probe has commenced this season's exploration schedule with its most aggressive program yet.

This year will be the first where all four McFauld's Lake projects - the Probe-Noront JV, Tamarack, Victory and McFauld's West - will see work programs during the same season. We have begun work with ground geophysical surveys on the Probe-Noront JV; geochemical programs on Tamarack and Victory properties; an airborne survey over the McFauld's West property; and drilling is expected to commence on the Probe-Noront JV in early July.

Owing to the logistics involved with this remote area and frequent periods of inactivity while waiting for results, the Company acquired the Cree Lake and Borden Lake gold properties, which are new, easily accessible, grass-roots projects that will allow us to remain active and generate news between programs at McFauld's. Geophysics have been flown over the properties and the first phase of drilling on each was completed the last week of June, 2010.

Micon is in the final stages of conducting a 43-101 resource estimate on our Black Creek chromite discovery. They have considerable experience in both resource estimation and the Ring of Fire chromite deposits and we look forward to their insight and recommendations on Black Creek.

With the continuing spotlight on McFauld's Lake as Cliff's Natural Resources continues to develop its interest in the area, the Black Creek property could prove to be highly strategic. With its location directly between the Black Thor and Big Daddy chromite discoveries, Black Creek is located on the only high solid ground in an area where most of the ground is muskeg. As such, it could be very important for the future placement of infrastructure and operations as the chromite resources are developed further.

With over $5 million in the treasury, the Company is financially strong and able to meet the demands of our exploration requirements as well as taking advantage of any new opportunities that may arise.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank our shareholders for their support and participation as we go forward with a very exciting exploration season.

Sincerely,

David Palmer, Ph.D., P.Geo.
