If I understand correctly PRB is right in the middle of Cliffs and SPQ/KWG joint venture.

If your going to have an open pit mine, It does not seem plausable to go around PRB.

If that's the case, would you not agree that we have a little bit of leverage.

And if we have leverage, why isn't the market reacting to it?
