It is still not clear what happens even if LSG (WTM) have fulfilled all their commitments by the end of June.

Because it only says that the will have a 55% interest in the property.

That doesn´t neccessarily mean that THEY are "the operator" afterwards.

If this hasn´t been negotiated with the original JV contract then I would assume it has to be negotiated now.

And if that´s the case, I think PRB is in a much stronger position now going forward than they were back in 2006, when they initially negotiated the JV (after all the very positive development of the whole area).

Would still be nice to get to know more about all this contractual stuff.

Maybe someone can ask some detailed questions at PDAC ?
