I realize we are 60 minutes to open and premarket bids/asks generally mean little, but is this the reaction from Cliff's NR this morning and attack on the value of NOT's deposit? Not sure why the lower bids/asks? Any thoughts? As we approach the market open I am sure it should level back to the close price....I guess we wait and see.
