I agree with most of your remarks except the following

By the time the infrastructure is in, there will probably only be one big player in the ROF and all the juniors will have been bought out, IMHO.

As it stands right now, our SP is taking off without any news, but I am sure news is just around the corner, as I have been holding PRB for a long, long time and even now the price is very attractive, especially with the small amount of shares available. I would like to see the volume up to 500 k or more for a while, in order to get other investors interested. Yesterdays volume was higher than previously, so this may be the turning point. Looking forward to great things now and in the future as PRB will most likely be bought out in the future by a major, or possibily by NOT. If NOT was to buy PRB, then our SP would escalate the same as FWR perhaps 4 fold. Good things are on the horizon
