The May 20 JV-NR states:
The terms of the agreement will see the immediate formation of a 50-50 Joint Venture between Probe and Noront, under which Probe will act as operator for the first two years
Clearly, David Palmer is in charge and Probe is calling the shots.
David was in cash-saving mode and little drilling was suggested in Phase1.
With the Chrome being identified now and a possibility of a Nickel find (with Noront´s geo help) that should intensify Probe´s efforts. David needs to spend some serious money now to achieve some results.
But if Probe hits Nickel, there will be a more than just "nice" share price appreciation.
The West Timmins claims could be the afterburner in that scenario.
