Commodities ended the week mostly lower with investors growing less impressed by global economic data. Crude oil futures dropped 3.5 per cent this week, and closed yesterday at $69.55 (U.S.), down $1.82. Gold futures fell for the week but closed up $1.60 at $936.20 yesterday.
