In my experience, it is very common in this type of business that sign-off is often delayed by days or 1-2 weeks unexpectedly. As everything else is ready including the drilling contract, once the papers are signed off, drilling will be quickly under way with no further delay. I would keep my faith in the Company and hope for the best drilling results.
