First off, PRB gets to keep half of each claim Richard Nemis advised they be sure they actually Controled via Claim Staking.

Second off, PRB will have access to NOT Geophysical Data and Expertise. Thus greatly increasing the likelyhood of Hitting (assuming there is Good Mineralization on those Claims to be Hit. And there is Known to be Good PMG Grades on One og the Claim Blocks and apparently a Good Chance of Cr amd likely also PMG' on one more Claim Group. The other one or two Claim Groups may be located sufficiently close enough to NOT's AT 12 Ni/Cu Plus, that those too may be of significance.

Thirdly, PRB will have ACCESS to NOT'S Camp and Drills (plus Drill Crews). Thus, More Drilling at relatively lower Cost to PRB than would otherwise be the case!
