I have watched markets for most of my life. The one thing I can safely say concerning PRB's current market value is that it represents a nil risk. I think if we look back at all the action in the share price, combined with the participation on this board over the past 18 months or so we can clearly see how all of us have been played by some evil force or forces. Right now, these miscreants are either covered or are looking to cover their short trades.

I looked at a two year chart of Probe earlier and noticed that the Bollinger Bands are almost touching each other from a compressed trading range during the last three months, or so. Usually when this happens, it is a sign of accumulation. A few important things to understand are time/price behaviors: The professionals and skilled investors buy when interest is waning, like now, and sell when the public's interest is obvious. Most times they plainly just don't care what business the company is in or their propspects. They just trade public psyche. I believe this is an important to understand.

There is an argument to be made considering what the real short interest in our shares is at any one time. The Exchange says one thing, and it may be another. To me, I am operating on the thesis that there is still a large hidden short position in the stock. That's the reason that we always seem to see a large offering in the bid/ask spread. Uncovered shorts? want to hold the price down to tire out shareholders. The suspected uncovered shorts in time are banking on investors looking to bail out of the stock as a result of its continuing depressed condition. For me, I just keep adding to my position and waiting. Jesse Livermore once said that patience is an important ingredient to success in the market, or something to that effect.
