gold in the ground can still be an efficient store of value."
To be sure.
If they (NOT) is concentrating the drilling around E1 as has been reported to us by various means, it only stands to reason that the claim blocks Probe owns above and below E1 will turn out to be worth a hell of a pile of cash one way or another.
There is no doubt in my mind that NOT will require those claims to work the claim over in the right way. There is just no way around it IMHO.
That being said, at the very least we will make a deal for those 2 claim blocks. Now whether they are purchased outright or JV'd in some way, I don't know. I have looked at this from all angles and come to the same conclusion every time.
Bottom line is that NOT or whoever winds up working the claim will require that land.
Probe has a lot mre good land in the rof and it is possible that Palmer just may pick up a little more on the cheap before this is all over.
The Goldex royalties should be monitored. I own shares in CAA which is going to court with Hudbay in Manitoba right now. The court has ordered Hudbay to open all the books. Looks like they owe CAA a big chunk of change in back pay!! Trying to steal?? Could be. I do know someone from Hudbay got fired over this so it looks good for CAA. My point is that Palmer should pay close attention to Goldex etc....
