Agoracom. A question for management please;

On October 10, 2006 Probe entered into a binding agreement with Mantis.

It appears that Mantis has defaulted.

Could the company let the forum know if this is true?

We feel that if they have defaulted, we would like that land back.

Will Probe amend this or move forward with plans to regain control of the land?

We of course would appreciate all or any information regarding this issue.
