Stranger it would be nice to see Mantis gone to be sure. It would be great to get that land back and get something done. Unfortunately Mantis has an agreement for some time to come.
Any default would be a sp increase IMHO. Mantis got too good a deal on the property at a time when there wasn't much known about the ROF.
I'm sure that were it today and Mantis wanted the property, they would pay much more for it.
Not or FWR at this time would be equally as good to take that over and move it forward. IMHO
What I am wondering is if one of Palmer's plans is to perhaps jv some of these blocks out.
Recall back when Palmere was going to start drilling above E1. There were IMHO some heated words between Noront and Probe. There was also a boundary dispute that Noront tossed in the air.
As I recall, the disagreement with NOT at that time even halted the drill program so Palmer moved up North and drilled there.
Perhaps he is thinking that with this new management team, there may be better relations. After all, the new mangement for Noront has implied that they will work with the area plays in the hopes of some type of unity.
I think this would be our best option and may spread some of the costs associated with drilling.
Soon we will have freexe up and travel by winter road will make things much easier.
I know Palmer is not stupid. He has a doctorate so i'm sure, having though about this for some time that Palmer has a few ideas, some are just not mentioned on the phone.
