i was watching kevin oleary on bnn (he is like the don cherry of finance) and he said there is many billions in the capital market on the sidelines waiting for a sign of a bottom. so we may go down a little more or hover here for a while but at so point that money will enter the market like a wave and the tide will turn. the best time to buy a snow shovel is in the spring.
