You did stir up some emotions.First of all don't we have the right of refusal on any offers? Secondly,I doubt that I would break even on this if it was sold tomorrow.I'm in for the rich strike that my DD told me was a possibility due to the proximity to Eagle 1.Finally,we don't have any accurate details as to the Goldex royalty set-up.From what I could ascertain we have a 5% NSR on 10% of the Goldex mine and no-one seems to know exactly when Agnico will be producing from our portion.More food for thought.GLTA.
