I am sure you guys realize that if FNC hits, PRB will also move sharply higher given the proximity and the geological setting - FNC's and PRB's claims, and NOT's DE1 are all part of the same mineralized system. Therefore, a hit by FNC will be very strong evidence that Cu-Ni sulphides are the cause of the EM anomaly lurking beneath the peridotite on PRB MFW claims.

I would argue that PRB is far from dead money...
