Double Standard

I fault the Exchanges for permitting the entry of sell orders to their respective floors when there is no substantiated proof that the physical shares actually exist and I fault the regulators for not insisting the same.

I can not through my broker enter a sell order unless the physical shares are in my account.

I'm getting tired of the regulators and Exchanges thinking it's OK in allowing the investing public to be hosed down by naked short selling each time there is public activity to the upside.

I have listened to Jim Puplava's broadcasts at financialsense.com and there are quite a few callers expressing pain and frustration with many Canadian resource companies that have been beaten down by the hedge funds with their naked shorting gimmick, a license to steal.

The Exchanges and regulators have to be part of the total criminal element if they see no wrong in what is happening on a massive scale to an unsuspecting public.
