The company is obligated to report the assays in the manner that they receive them from the lab. Since they did total metal analysis (Cu,Pb,Zn) they came back as ppm. Total metal analysis is usually done in reconnaissance work to save some money on assays with follow up assays done on the split sample if you hit something that looks economic. In the future I assume they will assay in %.
