Thanks for your research. I couldn't agree more with the findings.

I see the end result as being: We never initiated drilling on McFaulds West and our share price went lower. Who does that benefit? Whomever it did, it wasn't the shareholders of Probe Mines.

Usually, when a larger company starts negotiating with a smaller one the most ideal position for it to be in is when its shares are high and the smaller company's shares are low. In the case with Noront, their shares are down approximately 50% from their high last year and Probe's are down approximately 61%, not the most ideal price condition scenario.

For the larger company, they will always seek out the most advantageous agreement over the little guy. Maybe, Noront had a plan in effect all along and in the end it worked out in their benefit. Drilling in effect never took place on McFaulds West. Does that increase their bargaining position as McFaulds West property remains a mystery if negotiations strike up again? Were they instrumental when speaking with Probe's management in getting the drill pulled away from McFauld's West? Was a carrot offered to Probe and then quickly yanked away when the drill was redirected?

In dealing with the little guy their cash position as being an explorer is closely watched. How much money will be spent ahead of Mcfauld West at the Victory claims? It seems that, minus Noront entering the picture, going to our primary location would have been better money-wise than heading off to our Victory claims.

It appears that the time spent negotiating with Noront did the shareholders of Probe no favors and it will burn up some money ahead of starting work on our all-along primary target.

Hopefully, Victory will reward shareholders, aside from their previous frustrations, by giving us some unambiguous positive drill core results.

Go Probe!!
