I call BS as Richard would not reveal details such as these to an anonymous caller over the telephone.This info was not reported in either of the companies NR's so,personally,I would discount this info as conjecture on the part of that poster.

IMO,NOT is attempting to put some distance between their sp and that of PRB in order to gain an advantage,dollar wise,for any negotiating of MW property.
