Don't you think that if NOT was to take over PRB and then drill MW... that NOT would also increase multiples of todays price.... If they were to miss NOT would stay the same..

On the other hand should NOT hit somewhere else, then PRB holders ( Post takeover) would also benifit.

One other scenario is a spinout of McFaulds into a new co that takes over DE1 etc, PRB and FNC Mcfaulds plays and these newco shares go out to all shareholders.... Much more complex! I rule that one out.

My bet is that NOT will take out both FNC and PRB in a hostile takeover for NOT paper...JMHO

Who is in talks and negotiating right now?

I was told that DaveP is on the Victory project till the end of June...seams rather strange that our #1 man is in the field when negotiations are supposedly underway.....Unless there is a bid coming in and is a low ball buyout offer as I have suggested... and you want to get that drill turning on the other valuble asset.

Just dosen't look like talks to me.... looks more like adversarial disscussion.
