Right now RN could do a hostile takover offer... say one for 5.... Most would say poo poo on that idea... too oportunistic.
So RN would sweeten the offer.... say 4 for 1... the PRB price would rise to reflect just that.... if it does not run over that price the deal will likely have a good chance of being accepted.....
But if it's an othright rejection RN could bounce that up to 3 for 1..... That would reflect about $1.40 @ todays price..... But on the other side NOT would react positively and likely move to the $5.00 range... indicating about $1.65 / PRB share
How would this impact NOT....
Very nicely even in the 1/3 deal... He would pick up about 6 million in cash and exercised wts.
He would pick up the Goldex royalty... Nice pick!
He would pick up more McFaulds properties and other projcts
All for an 8% dilution in NOT stock...
Now thats a pretty attractive offer.... one where both parties feel jilted.... but logical. I bet posters here represent only about 10% of the stock....Mng and PNP another 25%.... I wonder what the other 65% are thinking....
Are they risk takers with lotto tickets.... or investors looking for minimal downside investments.
Downside risk for the PRB shareholder right now.... ZERO in reality.... immence in perception.... I have those stink bids in for those with weak hands....
