Thats exactly where I'm coming from... I also Have spoken to Dave many times.... He will do what is best for the investors.

With PRB trading in the low .60's I see RN making an oportunistic bid to take out PRB.... I sure would if I were in RN's shoes.

The pesimists are presenting a nice target for Noront, not that all would accept any offer... but those selling would certainly accept such an offer.... otherwise why would they be selling now?

PRB is trading at a 20 million market cap and has 6 million +/- in the bank and a royalty worth some big bucks to a royalty company..... do the math... I'm sure RN knows some elementry math.
