This is a poker game... no question about that.

NOT has had a big jackpot and has been sitting at the table fat and happy for some time.... but they haven't had a hand where others stayed in the game , antieing up the pot... so they continue to pull in a few chips each round.

PRB has been at the table for some time..... even had the winning hand but did not drill in just the right place to say jackpot... Thats the risk in sitting the table and not beting when one had the chance.

What some are proposing here is to bet the farm right now and go all in..... jumping the gun so to speak before the rest of the players pull a couple more cards and antie up each round.

Yes saying all in is pretty macho.... and may get the pot.... but it may be a much smaller pot than could have been taken with a bit more stratagy.

Dave Palmer has been at this table for some time, and he knows the players he is confronting... The same players that wanted to make a deal on those blocks last summer.... just before the news on DE1 came out... But Dave smelled a rat then and held firm..... would have been easy to jv it at that time.

I think Dave is being very schrud here.... Managment are large shareholders so they are in line with our expectations.

One other scenario that hasn't been touched on... That being for NOT to take a run at PRB on a 1 for 3 basis... or such With 6 million in the bank, the Goldex royalty and other land positions... This would be the best move for NOT. NOT paper is their currancy, and that would only be about 13 million shares all in.

If I was RN I would be thinking along those lines... but to each his own...

The one thing I do know is that PRB is grossly undervalued. The resembalance to CAA is obvious... I liked it at .70 also...LOL

Something to think about.
