I get the sense that the ROF is becoming a big poker game. No one wants to show their hand and it would appear that the unknown might be better than a dud hole. By moving the drill out to Victory we are clearly holding the cards for a later date and in essence are trying to raise the ante. I sure hope the ROF has a few aces to hand out to the players or this area may become stagnant and not attractive to retail investors. IMHO
