I spoke to David Palmer two days ago. He told me that he was waiting for some information before he could put out a news release on the drilling. I don’t know what the rules are for reporting that drilling has begun but I imagine the bit must be turning before anything can be released to the public. I also believe the start of drilling is being hampered by the ground conditions in the area.
