Too bad we had to experience the past few weeks, but the next 5-7 weeks should more than make up for that. Maybe there can be something that can be done to show Mantis that competance will pay off in this industry with the current conditions. Credability is of the up most importance and Mantis is a big Question Mark at this early stage of their reinvention.

Probe on the other hand is demonstrating good grasp of the environment and acting accordingly. Likely we will not be relying on Mantis to get the job done until they learn the hard way. By then we will be in much much better position to weather the learning curve Mantis is struggling with!
