Based on your reasoning NDT Ventures, Absolute Rseources, Freewest Resources to name but several should have never drilled any of their properties in Voisy's Bay and they would have skyrocketed. And then we need to STRIP away every thing Probe Resources has in it's portfolio for well studied and field checked early staked Properties and their NSR so as to see the SP jump up to at least $2.50 - $2.75 on the strength of just the two small claim units that comprise the Mc Fauld's West prospect and maybe because these are smaller in overall SIZE maybe just subtract some to adjust to the FNC SP. We would need to strip out some Exploration Cash too. Not to forget the apparent difference in local geology South East of DE1 as to DE1 AND North by North West of DE1.
