There will never be a major move unless stock is available. It just doesn't make sense to only buy a little if you are a big player. If a large position can be acquired it makes excellent sense to aid in pushing it even higher later on down the road.

Years ago I had a disagreement with a retail broker in a branch office concerning a quote and size on a issue he had an interest in.

The quote was 2.20 - 2.30  25X450. He said, I'm selling because there is a big seller. I said, it seems to me as an opportunity to buy some shares without moving the price.

There is no question, everytime Probe runs there is stock for sale. That doesn't bother me in the least,  all I want is for Probe to keep taking out recent highs which lately it has been doing.

 The area play is in its very early stages. To keep the big boys interested, stock has to be available. Following two offerings at .75, the big boys will continue to add to their positions in the times following short term speculative flares or Rhino horns.
