Your  point is  well taken... one  only  has to look at  CAA's deal with  hud bay..... Got  totally  screwed by the  major... now in  court.

Lets  hope the  judge  sides  with the  little  guys  and  throws the  book at  Hud bay... I'd  love to see  the  judge  award the  mine  and   withheld  profits to  CAA as  punative  damages .... That  would  make  life  very  interesting......LOL
