Message: Time to Drill Reaghing Its Due Date

The Goldex royalty is our future, it is our golden goose. Some time ago Sean Boyd, Agnico Eagle's president, said "that Agnico purchased the Goldex property for for practically nothing." What does he know that we don't know aside from the increase in gold's price?

The value of our 5% NSR is in the millions. Friday, Franco Nevada announced that it has signed a deal to bring in over a quarter of a billion dollars to the company to mainly purchase mining royalties.

Does this mean they will approach others to purchase outstanding mining royalties or do they plan to finance new mining projects for royalties? Over the past years there has been a growing interest to hold mining royalties. Claude Resources(CRJ) some time back needed money to continue exploration drilling and they traded a small NSR for cash. This may be another avenue for Franco Nevada to acquire royaties.

ShadowStats at www.ShadowStats.com did the math on what the real rate of inflation is and what gold should be at today since it hit a $850 high in January of 1980 just using the skewed and ever changing whimsical factors for the current CPI values and and again, leaving the 1980 values unchanged. Just depending upon the US government's appraisal of inflation since 1980, gold should realistically be selling for $2,310.

ShadowStats made a chart that clearly shows that the real price of gold(CPI adjusted) should be $6,255 compared to its 1980 high. As some people know, the price of gold has been suppressed for many years to keep the Fed financed banking system solvent with all the debt they have transfered to people in the name of corporate profits.

If you were free of debt and had assets you did all right but if you were coerced into debt and had no savings you severely suffered in this environment. The extent of the system's greed continues to destroy people as is witnessed by the country's massive home foreclosures. Ferdinand Lips once said, "The Fed makes people poor." As long as the Fed stays in business you must have a strong anchor of gold for the protection of you and your families and especially, Probe shareholders.

There is no two ways about it, the price of gold continues to be way undervalued on the basis of 1980 dollars and so does our NPV, whatever it is, on the Goldex royalty. The biggest mistake our company could ever make would be in selling an extremely undervalued gold asset in exchange for what? It seems to me that as inflation vigorously denudes the value of currencies, specifically the increasing amounts of money that we have to spend for exploration, our NSR is keeping our ship on an even keel during this historical inflationary spiral with the potential for gold to rise significantly more.

Just alone, total cash international mining expenses increased last year for Barrick Gold 31%. In the US, it most likely was more.

So, what is the real value of our NSR? Why don't you ask Pierre Lassonde? His company obviously believes that's the place to be and along with their recent financing success, there seems to be a an ever increasing amount of people agreeing with him.
