Is that even if a JV agreement isnot in the works with Prpbe and Noront that an agreement can be reached that the Probe drillers can work out of Noronts camp. For afee. This way it is good for the workers, increases activity in the area, is not a duplication of services and we can all make alot of money soon and use it for good purposes before the world closes for repairs.
