do you think anyone can work in a forty below environment in the middle of nowhere and do there best. take heart there are people working for us in those conditions. its a forty below wind chill where i am now. do you think im outside-- not on your life. im in the basement by the woodstove where it is +30 c. when spring arrives the people on our team will be at there best. i for one wish them the best over the winter, but i also understand it is missery in the conditions of the far north right now.
