Spoke to DP today and he said news next week on the adjacent properies to NOT... also asked if he was talking to RN....YES.

Will they make a deal?.... who knows.... but I would be happy to see PRB give NOT the 3 close proximity properties for 5 million shares... My suggestion.

This way PRB could divy out 1 NOT for each 10 PRB... and hold the rest.

This would eliminate risk for the PRB shareholder..... if more deposits are on those properties NOT will respond anyway.... it's a no brainer from PRB perspective as it would take the downside risk off the table.

Minimal dilution from NOT perspective.....JMHO

Same type of deal should be done on FNC.

If this is done it wraps up the package for a major... no loose ends .... Thus making it easier for NOT to strike a better deal with any major wanting in.
