The joint venture they were referring to was a previous agreement on Double Eagel which Probe had a jv with Noront but failed to drill this backing out of the jv in the spring of 07.
Noront had to complete some drilling on this piece in order to comply with their option from the land owner and hence the miracle hole -the rest is history.
So we missed out then but now things look good going forward.
