You forgot that the stock is tightly held... Managment hold over 6,227,000 million shares and 2,750,000 options.... Pinetree also holds a dominant position. This is approximately 35% of the issued / out at the present time.... and also a major portion of the additional float on exercise (wts + options)
This leaves very few shares in the public domain trading....
With such a small float availible I think any positive news on Macfaulds could see the stock gap up large...JMHO
On November 6, 2007, Pinetree acquired ownership of 2,000,000 common shares of Probe (the "Common Shares") and 1,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") (each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $1.00 until November 6, 2009). In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 9.7% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Probe as of November 6, 2007, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only.
3. Designation and number or principal amount of securities and the Offeror’s securityholding percentage in the class of securities immediately after the transaction or occurrence giving rise to the obligation to file the news release.
Immediately following the acquisition noted in item 2 above, the Offeror owns 3,885,000 common shares, including the Common Shares and the Warrants. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, the holdings of the Offeror represent a total of 4,885,000 common shares of Probe, or approximately 15.8% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at November 6, 2007, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only.
