Looks like BMO is short

I buy  30 K   and  move the  stock to  .60

 

BMO   comes in and  buys  1000 shares  , then sells  them 2 min  later...... This  guy  is  short  and  in  order to move the  stock  down  he  has to  own it...... Short  selling in  Canada  still has the  uptick  rule...... Thus  he   buys  in a differnt  account   than  his  margin  account  to  sell into the  bid........LOL

 Nice to  know as  when PRB  breaks  out  he  will be   pushing the  truck.....ROTFLMAO
