Re: Question for PRB management

I understand your concerns regarding someone, or a company or a group stealing our assets because our SP appears not to be reflecting the potential at McFauld's Lake and the potential gold royalty stream from Agnico Eagle Mines. I'm sure our capable management is well aware of this fact. The only potential problem that I foresee is that if we do more PP's and the percentage block of stock that management already owns gets diluted. If that time does arrive, I'm positive that management will take the necessary action.

In regards to our joint venture agreements plus the shares of our partners that we own and our holding of claims in the McFauld's Lake area, I lack sufficient knowledge to comment on their value. Perhaps Old Joe, MISFIT1 or jsq could take a stab at this one for you.

In regards to our 5% royalty with Agnico(AG-silver,NI nickel and CO Cobalt) at the Goldex property I believe that it's a sleeping giant awaiting higher gold prices and awaiting the results of a new start-up drilling program. Sean Boyd of Agnico says the building of the mine and the infrastructure is ahead of schedule with completion and mining due for the second quarter of next year.

You mentioned a value of what the Goldex royalty would be worth by saying $10 million or so. If the royalty were offered to me for $10 million today I would liquidate all of my assets and round up the balance from a few others and buy it without even the blink of an eye. I might have to live in my RV here in northern California for about two or three years or maybe, move in with my Mom at Ganges on Salt Spring but it would be well worth the wait plus a great financial future benefit for my children and their children.

It is my belief that the royalty value is worth the minimum of 65 cents on each current share outstanding which includes the newly issued one's from the last PP.
