I see where FNC has put together a shareholders rights plan. Sounds like a good thing, and perhaps something that PRB management should think about- maybe sooner than later imho. I see it as not only protection for the shareholders, but going a long way to giving shareholders confidence that management actually cares about protecting them from (as another poster says) the dark side.
