I believe that you did get an answer:

Did you stop and think for a minute that there may be a release coming and that is why they can't go into minute detail. We can't keep pushing for news, news, news when it may be premature for the company to say anything. We know that there are plans in the works - don't get negative because Probe's management is making sure that every i is dotted and t crossed. They have been as forthcoming as they can whenever I talk to them and have said repeatedly that they will not put out meaningless releases just for the sake of putting out a release. When the news is ready, it will be out. I think that they have been moving along quite well.
